Customer Service / Technical Support

We are currently looking for a CSR/TSR to join our team

Working from our office in Port Perry, the candidate will be required to handle various types of inquiries from our customers. Using their excellent personal skills and troubleshooting abilities, the candidate will perform customer service and technical support duties by telephone, email, and occasiaonlly in person.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to delivery of superior customer service and the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner
  • Basic understanding of the internet and how it works, particularly how WiFi works in the customer home and how to troubleshoot WiFi problems. Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, routing and switching would be an asset
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing and resolving technical issues
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems; experience with Linux is an asset
  • Self-motivated and driven with good time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while adapting in a fast-paced work environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
